We have a HOLE!!!

Last night Scott, Brooklyn and I took a drive out to our lot, and although I know everyone says "they move fast," I didn't expect to see what I saw.
We pulled into the cul-de-sac and immediately saw huge (and I mean huge) mounds of dirt. I guess it had to go somewhere, right? I took some pics, so i'll post them later, but it's amazing what they accomplished in just one day. They dug the entire basement out, already began putting some of the plumbing in the basement, poured the gravel into the hole, and put a bunch of chopped up concrete down where our driveway will eventually go. It is very strange to actually see where our house will go - but it's beyond exciting to see this much progress!
Today is supposed to be a cold but dry day, so I am hopeful of what they accomplish. Especially since beginning tomorrow we are supposed to have rain for five days straight. Yuck.
